Sanders Capital Partners (“SCP”) actively develops and acquires neighborhood retail centers, medical, and light industrial properties in quality markets throughout the country. The company currently owns over 15 such assets, primarily in the Southeast and Midwest. The principals of SCP have acquired or developed over 100 properties during the last 35 years. For over 50 years, three generations of the Sanders family have been active in the Alabama real estate industry.

In 1967, E. Leon Sanders founded one of the state’s largest title insurance companies, Jefferson Title Corporation. Rance Sanders is the founder and CEO of The Sanders Trust, which has developed or acquired healthcare properties in 29 states. Brooks R. Sanders and his father, Rance, co-founded SCP.

SCP is an active platform that provides significant capital and real estate expertise to acquire or develop stabilized income-producing assets primarily, but not exclusively, throughout the Southeast, Southwest and Midwest. To date, Sanders Capital Partners has operated in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia, and Alabama.
