Sanders Capital Partners Acquires Key 25-Acre Site for $4.3 Million

Birmingham, Ala. – Sanders Capital Partners, LLC (SCP), a Birmingham, Alabama based real estate acquisition and development firm, has acquired 25 acres of land along Alabama Highway 119 for $4.3 million. The property is leased to long time, iconic landscape supply company SiteOne Landscaping Supply, Inc. (NYSE:SITE). SiteOne, formerly John Deere Landscapes, is the largest landscape supply company in the country.

“SiteOne’s ability to navigate smart growth in varied economic environments is an obvious attraction to us as a landlord. The location of the physical site along the expanding, affluent 280/119 corridor was also a key factor in our decision to purchase the property.” said Brooks Sanders, Vice President of Sanders Capital Partners. “We are pleased to acquire such a prime site that complements our rapidly growing and diverse portfolio.”
