Sanders Capital Partners Announces Retail Center in Liberty Park

Liberty Park, AL - Sanders Capital Partners, a Birmingham development and acquisition firm, is pleased to announce the planned development of a $2.5 million retail center in Liberty Park. The center will be located adjacent to the existing Prominence Shoppes. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2016 with an expected completion date of September 2016.

Sanders Capital Partners has already signed its first long term lease with Your Pie pizzeria. This will be the second Birmingham location of the build-it-yourself pizzeria; the first is scheduled to open this month in the Soho area of Homewood. Leasing agent ARC Realty has received tremendous interest from multiple retailers looking to establish a presence in the retail center.
