Sanders Capital Partners Completes $8.4 Million Behavioral Health Acquisition

SANDERS CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, A BIRMINGHAM based real estate acquisition and development firm, has recently completed the purchase of the Pima Transitional Living Facility for $8.4 million. The facility is located at 2200 North Camino Principal, Tucson, Arizona 85715. The 14,506-square-foot behavioral health facility is home to America’s Rehab Campuses (ARC), one of Arizona’s dominant behavioral health care providers. ARC provides a dedicated team of clinicians and therapists who specialize in providing safe and effective addiction treatment services such as medical detox and inpatient residential rehab. “We are excited to enter the Tucson market with a best-inclass facility.
